1. That the present SLP has been filed by the petitioner against the impugned judgment whereby the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as “NCLAT”) has dismissed the petition filed by the Appellant seeking ----------------------.
