MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the captioned writ petition is pending adjudication before this Hon’ble Court and is now listed for ______.
2. It is submitted that the aforesaid writ petition was filed by the petitioner challenging the illegal and arbitrary action of respondent _______.
3. It is submitted that there is a possibility of amicable settlement of the present dispute between the parties. Therefore, the petitioner beseeches kind indulgence of this Hon’ble Court in directing the present matter to be referred to Delhi High Court Mediation Centre which would facilitate in arriving at the settlements terms which may be acceptable to all the stakeholders.
4. It is submitted that there is every possibility that the disputes between the parties may be resolved amicably. There exist elements of settlement which may be acceptable to all the parties.
5. That it would be in the interest of justice if the parties are referred for mediation to explore the possibility of amicable resolution of all their disputes.
PRAYER
