but not limited to:
Initiating,
defending, or settling legal actions, claims, or proceedings on my behalf;
Signing
legal documents, contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal instruments on
my behalf;
Representing
me before courts, administrative bodies, arbitration panels, or other legal
forums;
Hiring,
engaging, and dismissing legal counsel, attorneys, and other professionals as
necessary;
Obtaining
legal advice, opinions, or interpretations on my behalf;
Managing
and resolving disputes, conflicts, or legal issues on my behalf.

GENERAL POWERS:
To
manage, handle, and conduct any other matters or affairs that I could do if
personally present, including but not limited to:
Signing
documents related to the sale, purchase, lease, or transfer of real or personal
property on my behalf;
Managing
business interests, partnerships, corporations, or other entities in which I
have an interest;
Accessing
and managing digital assets, online accounts, and electronic communications;
Representing
me in meetings, negotiations, or transactions with third parties;
Exercising
any powers or rights granted to me under any contract, agreement, or legal
instrument.

Attorney shall have full power and authority to do and perform all and every
act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary, or proper to be done in the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present.
