3. That the petitioner was apprehended by the police on _______ (date) merely on suspicion. It has been nearly a month since the arrest, yet the Investigating Officer has failed to submit a chargesheet.
4. That the petitioner was not identified by any member of the household of __, where the alleged burglary took place, nor were any suspicious items or evidence found at the petitioner’s residence.
5. That the petitioner has reason to believe that one ___, with whom the petitioner has had a long-standing conflict and who is overseeing the complainant’s case, has falsely accused the petitioner out of personal animosity.
6. That the petitioner is fully prepared to cooperate with the police and any ongoing investigation.
7. That the petitioner is not a flight risk and has no intention of absconding or leaving the country. The petitioner also commits to complying with all conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court for the grant of bail.
8. That the present application is made bonafide and the same be allowed in the interest of justice.
