MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -

1.    That the above-mentioned case has been listed before this Hon’ble Court for today i.e______.

2.    That the wife of the applicant/accused is suffering serious medical condition __________and therefore, the applicant/accused is not in a position to appear today before this Hon’ble Court.

3.  That the identity of the accused is not in dispute and the applicant is duly represented by his counsel and he undertakes not to dispute the proceedings conducted in his absence.

4.    That the absence of the accused is neither intentional nor deliberate but due to above-mentioned reason. The applicant/accused undertakes to join the proceedings in the future before this Hon’ble Court.

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that in view of the facts and submissions made above the applicant may kindly be exempted from personal appearance for today only in the interest of justice.
