3.    It is pertinent to apprise this Hon’ble court that it was  the applicant _________on _______.

4.  That the Applicant is constrained to approach this Hon’ble Court by way of the present application as the Applicant’s rights and valuable interest are likely to be prejudiced in the proceedings without impleading him. The petitioner has deliberately failed to implead the applicant in the present writ petition and has concealed material facts.

5.  It is submitted that the presence of the applicant will help this Hon’ble Court to effectively adjudicate upon the issue in dispute in the present case. It is in the interest of justice that the applicant may be afforded an opportunity of being heard in the matter since his rights are also at stake in the ongoing dispute. The applicant reserves his right to file a detailed reply to the averments made in the writ petition including assailing the writ petition on its maintainability.

6.    It is submitted that the subject matter of the writ petition pending before this Hon’ble Court is likely to have an effect on the valuable rights of the applicant, and as such, he may be permitted to intervene and be impleaded in the present petition so as to put forward his case.

7.   That the present application is being filed in the interest of justice, and in the interest of the applicant.
