AN APPLICATION SEEKING PERMISSION FOR MODIFICATION OF ARTICLES RELEASED ON SUPERDARI
MOST RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED:
1. That the applicant is the superdar of the articles recovered by the police officials during the course of investigation in the theft case bearing----------------.
2. That an ----------was registered by------------. However, the stolen articles were recovered by the police officials during the course of Investigation.
3. That an application for release of the aforesaid articles was filed by the applicant herein, which was duly allowed by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated ------- subject to the following conditions:
4. That in pursuance of the aforesaid order of this Hon’ble Court, the applicant executed a superdarinama----------for release of the articles and therefore, following articles were duly released to the applicant:

5. It is pertinent to apprise this Hon’ble Court that the aforesaid articles are severely damaged due to theft and are in dire need of repair and maintenance as the article are -------------.

7. It is also submitted that no prejudice shall be caused to the trial of the aforesaid case as it is in the stage of __________ and further there cannot be any dispute as to the veracity of facts of the case.
