CONTEMPT PETITION (CIVIL) UNDER SECTION 10 AND 12 OF THE CONTEMPT OF COURTS ACT, 1971 R/W CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL (CONTEMPT OF COURT) RULES, 1992.
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1.
That the above-named petitioners had filed the O.A. No.
---------before this Hon’ble Tribunal challenging the unreasonable, arbitrary
and improper inaction on the part of the respondent -------------illegal,
arbitrary and discriminatory against the petitioner.

That after hearing both parties, the Hon’ble Central
Administrative Tribunal had passed
the order dated------------, wherein following directions were passed :-

3. That
thereafter, on-------------, the petitioners apprised the ----------

5. That despite the specific
order passed by Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal and despite the matter
having been communicated to the respondents have failed to take any action in
pursuance thereto and have failed to -------------. The same is an utter
disregard to and wilful violation of the order dated ------------passed by
Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal and the respondent have thus rendered
themselves liable to be proceeded against for committing the contempt of the
lawful authority of this Hon’ble Tribunal.
6. That
the petitioners have been deprived from ------------------despite specific
directions. Hence, the respondent have committed contempt and appropriate
action is required to be taken against the respondents.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to :-
(a) Initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the respondents and punish them in accordance with law,
(b) Direct the respondent to immediately comply with the order dated -------- passed in OA No.----------------.
