·      Landlords in many cases require tenants to pay a security deposit before moving in however, the deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.

3.    Eviction Process:

·      The landlord can initiate eviction proceedings if the tenant breaches the terms of the rental agreement, fails to pay rent, or engages in activities that violate the agreement however, the eviction process must follow legal procedures, and landlords are required to provide proper notice to tenants.

4.    Maintenance and Repairs:

·     Landlords are generally responsible for maintaining the property in a habitable condition however, tenants are responsible for routine maintenance but can request repairs for issues that affect their well-being. 

5.    Privacy Rights:

·  Tenants have the right to privacy, and landlords must provide proper notice before entering the rented premises.
